Three things to know about the Mercedes-Benz User Experience system.

Mercedes-Benz has always been known for developing exclusive technologies and the latest unveiled by the German automaker is the new Mercedes-Benz User Experience system. Designed to create a more engaging user experience, easier interactions and a more personalized experience, MBUX uses advanced voice commands and artificial intelligence to customize the infotainment system to the needs of the owner.
The system’s voice commands begin when you use the “Hey, Mercedes” command. This connects you with the system and gives you the ability to use natural voice commands to interact. For example, just telling the system that it is hot in the cabin will start the air conditioning system.
Better yet, the MBUX system adapts to your preferences using artificial intelligence. For example, if the system detects that you call a certain contact every day or access a specific station, the system will make it easier for you to find it. The entire purpose is to improve the interaction between the driver and the car, make everything easier to access and improve the overall experience behind the wheel.
The new MBUX system is available in some of Mercedes-Benz’s most luxurious vehicles as well as the entry-level Mercedes-Benz A-Class. Contact us today to learn more.
